Customer Service and Development
The continual monitoring of chemical samples taken from customer's tanks is part of the comprehensive service provided by Poligrat to their clients. Consultation with our process and equipment engineers will ensure consistently high quality of finish.In conjunction with this service, new electrolytes and processes are developed in our modern well-equipped laboratories in order to maintain the high technical standards of Poligrat. In the Engineering Department, process trials are carried out using industrial plants to establish the accurate working parameters for a specific client requirement.
