For over 40 years Poligrat have been exclusively concerned with surface finishing technology and we have always been striving to continually improve upon our processes.
Poligrat have extensive UK facilities to process almost any size and shape of component on your behalf. In the vast majority of cases this takes place at our fully equipped plant in Aldershot, but for items which cannot be easily transported, we can process at your premises.
Facilities
We have the following plant available:- Pickling and Passivation up to 30,000 litres
- Electropolishing plant from 60 to 12,500 litres
- Portable Equipment for the electropolishing of large surface area fabrications in-situ
- Special Equipment for:
- Internal polishing of tubes
- Bulk polishing of small items
- Manufacture of purpose made jigs

We can place our extensive background knowledge and know-how at your disposal. Advice can be given not only to the choice of materials to be used in construction, but to dimensions, tolerances and the final component objectives.
